As a Packer, you will contribute significantly to our mission of excellence, ensuring that all items are accurately packed and prepared for distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesCarefully packing products according to specifications and ensuring they meet quality standards.Inspecting items for damage or defects before packaging.Labeling packages accurately for identification and tracking.Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the packing area.Assisting in sorting, categorizing, and preparing goods for shipment.Collaborating with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels and relay any issues to supervisors.Meeting daily packing quotas and adhering to safety protocols.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven attention to detail in previous work experience.Ability to perform repetitive tasks, standing for long periods.Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a packaging or warehouse environment.Basic knowledge of packaging machinery is preferred but not required.1-2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.At Kingsley, we value our employees and offer a supportive team structure that allows individuals to thrive.
