This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our sales team, engaging with potential customers while enhancing their experience and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.Utilize effective communication skills to convert leads into sales and maintain a strong customer relationship.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving monthly targets.Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in MS Excel for follow-ups and reporting.Meet and exceed daily call quotas and sales targets to contribute to the team's overall success.Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Required and Preferred QualificationsMinimum educational qualification: 12th pass.Strong communication and convincing skills.Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.Basic proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.Desire to learn and grow within the sales industry.Freshers may apply; however, candidates with prior experience are highly encouraged.Our team operates in a collaborative environment that values innovation and personal growth.
