We are seeking a dedicated Economic Research Analyst to join our dynamic team in Nairobi, Kenya. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about foreign investment and infrastructure development. The role of Economic Research Analyst is pivotal to our efforts in understanding and influencing economic policies, ensuring impactful contributions to both local and international stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed research and analysis on foreign investment trends in infrastructure projects.Develop and maintain models to assess the economic impact of policy changes and investment strategies.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of research outputs with organizational goals.Engage in data collection and management, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.Participate in meetings and discussions to explore new opportunities for economic development.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of economic, financial, and policy trends affecting foreign investment.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Public Policy.Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Competence in policy analysis related to foreign investment.Experience with analytical tools and software specific to economic research.Preferred: 3+ years of relevant analytical experience in an economic research environment.This role operates within a collaborative team structure, ensuring shared insights and joint problem-solving efforts.
