The ideal candidate will contribute to our organization's commitment to safety through effective surveillance, prompt emergency response, and clear communication.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or tampering.Perform regular security checks and ensure all doors, windows, and gates are secure.Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, including alarms and potential threats.Communicate with law enforcement as necessary and provide accurate reports of incidents.Guide and assist visitors, providing information as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.Assist in implementing security measures and protocols as directed by management.Maintain a detailed log of daily activities and incidents for future reference.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in surveillance and security procedures preferred.Strong physical fitness and ability to handle physical demands of the job.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders effectively.Knowledge of emergency response procedures.Any relevant certifications related to security (e.g., Security Guard License) are a plus.1-3 years of experience in a security role is preferred but not mandatory.Our Security Guard team operates in a close-knit environment, working collaboratively to ensure the safety of all personnel.
