This position not only impacts our daily operations but also upholds the high standards of BMW’s commitment to quality and sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cleaning tasks in various areas of the plant, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and free of debris.Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.Assist in maintaining the organization of cleaning equipment and materials.Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to supervisory staff.Conduct thorough cleaning of high-traffic areas after shifts to prepare for the next operational period.Participate in scheduled deep cleaning projects as directed by management.Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in industrial or facilities cleaning preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Ability to lift and carry equipment as necessary.Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.The Plant Cleaner role operates within a dedicated team of cleaning professionals, where collaboration and support are emphasized.
