We are seeking a dedicated Bus Cleaner to join our team at Putco, a leading transportation company in Soweto, Gauteng. As a full-time Bus Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our fleet of buses is clean and well-maintained, contributing to a positive customer experience. Your attention to detail will make a significant impact in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for our passengers.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough cleaning of the interior and exterior of buses, including vacuuming, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfaces.Inspect buses for any areas needing special attention or repairs and report these findings to the management team.Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are restocked and maintained in good working order.Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment while handling cleaning products and equipment.Assist in organizing buses in the yard and maintaining a clean work environment around the facility.Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other cleaners to optimize cleaning processes.Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding daily tasks and any issues encountered during cleaning.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma required.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality cleaning standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in a cleaning role is an advantage, but not mandatory.Familiarity with safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and tools is preferred.Must be able to adhere to safety protocols and maintain proper work attire.At Putco, you will have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company as you gain experience and demonstrate your commitment to excellence.
