We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Hospice Care to join our dedicated team in Augusta, GA. This part-time position involves providing critical support in a caring environment for patients with life-limiting illnesses. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care that enhances the comfort and quality of life for our patients and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance.Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.Assist with mobility and transferring patients safely between positions and locations.Help patients and families understand care plans and respond to their questions and needs.Document care provided in patient records accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and assist with household tasks.Support emotional and psychological needs of patients and family members through compassionate communication.Required and Preferred QualificationsActive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.Demonstrated compassion and a commitment to high-quality patient care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred but not required.We believe in fostering a culture of support and growth.
