As a key member of our packing team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, pack, and label products for shipment according to company standards.Inspect and verify products for quality and accuracy before packing.Ensure that packaging materials are available and in good condition.Operate packing machinery and equipment when necessary.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies and participating in stock counts.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in packing or similar roles preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 25 kg as needed.Familiarity with packaging machinery and tools is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Willingness to comply with safety standards and regulations.Our team is structured to ensure maximum efficiency, comprising supervisors, fellow packers, and quality control staff who work closely to uphold our high standards.
