Negotiate settlements in a fair and objective manner, keeping the best interests of both the company and the claimant in mind. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all claims activity in our database. Contribute to special projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite. 1-3 years of experience in claims adjustment or a related field preferred. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AIC, CPCU) are a plus.
