We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at our facility located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This position offers an opportunity to impact our production capabilities and overall operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor various types of machinery to ensure optimal production levels.Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs as required.Collaborate with team members to solve production issues and enhance workflow.Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.Assist in training new operators and providing guidance on equipment handling.As a Machine Operator, you will be involved in various projects aimed at improving machine efficiency and production output. You'll be working closely with team members from the maintenance and production departments and reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Success in this role will be measured by machine uptime, production efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.Required and Preferred QualificationsTechnical Certification in machinery or related fields.Experience with machinery operation and maintenance preferred.Knowledge of safety practices and standards within a manufacturing setting.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.Our team consists of skilled professionals dedicated to excellence in manufacturing.
