This role is pivotal in helping our company grow while creating a positive experience for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Promote and sell our products and services effectively.Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate information and support.Document interactions with customers in our CRM system to track sales and follow-up actions.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and nurturing customer relationships.Provide feedback to management on customer preferences to refine product offerings.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma with relevant experience in sales or customer service.Proven skills in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership.1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.Our Customer Service Sales team is structured to ensure collaboration and support, featuring a diverse group of individuals all committed to achieving common goals.
