We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at our Marion, Illinois location. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans that align with our business objectives. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales. Report on sales performance and provide insights to upper management for strategic decision-making. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Industry-standard certifications such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) are a plus.
