Adhere to safety practices and protocols at all times, promoting a safe work environment. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site, including carpenters and general laborers, to coordinate tasks and timelines. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are safe and effective for use. Participate in training and skill development to stay current with industry standards and advancements. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Proven experience in masonry work, particularly with cement blocks. Strong skills in blueprint reading and concrete finishing. Knowledge of safety practices related to masonry construction. Working proficiency with trowels and other masonry tools. 2+ years of experience in a masonry role preferred. Certification in masonry or related fields is a plus.
