We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing logistics company based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a key member of our sales team, you will engage directly with clients to understand their needs and promote our logistical solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. Identify and target potential customers in the logistics industry to expand our client base. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients. Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively negotiating contracts and closing deals. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Provide regular sales reports and insights to management to guide strategic planning. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for building client relationships. Proven experience in customer service and sales strategy implementation. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
