Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the recruitment process from job posting through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates across various channels. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate criteria. Oversee recruitment metrics and analytics reports to measure success and areas of improvement. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience. Provide mentorship and training to junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative team environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on managerial roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. Expertise in analytical skills and recruitment metrics. Project Management certification or experience is preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
