Your efforts will help us grow our talent pool and ultimately enhance our organization's performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate interactions and statuses.Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential candidates.Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture where employees are encouraged to share ideas and drive change.
