This full-time position is essential to maintaining our fleet's hygiene and appearance, ensuring an excellent travel experience for our passengers. Working in a dynamic and supportive environment, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding the standards of cleanliness and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesThoroughly clean bus interiors and exteriors on a scheduled basis, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.Perform regular inspections of buses to identify maintenance needs or damages in addition to cleaning.Manage cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management in a timely manner.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes are maintained.Adhere to safety and health guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment.Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a clean environment for passengers.Participate in training and development programs to enhance cleaning techniques and safety practices.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and report findings.Experience in cleaning or maintenance services is a plus but not mandatory.Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment is preferred.No specific certifications are required, but any related training would be beneficial.Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Join our vibrant team where you’ll find a supportive culture focused on collaboration and respect.
