We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Specialist to join our team in Aldar Albydaʾ, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. As a full-time professional in this pivotal role, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have the resources and tools necessary to lead fulfilling lives. You will play a critical role in promoting inclusivity and empowering individuals to overcome daily challenges, making a meaningful impact on their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide direct assistance and guidance to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and self-advocacy. Develop personalized support plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client. Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their challenges and progress. Coordinate services and resources with external agencies and community organizations. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting support plans as necessary. Conduct regular follow-up meetings to ensure clients are receiving adequate support. Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication skills with an empathetic and supportive tone. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred. Knowledge of community resources available for individuals with disabilities. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Willingness to pursue further training and skill development in disability support services.
