This is a full-time position offering a monthly compensation of ZAR 20,000.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of surfaces to determine waterproofing and painting needs.Prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and priming, to ensure optimal adhesion of materials.Apply waterproofing and paint products effectively, following safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.Carry out regular quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets our high standards.Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.Maintain an organized work environment and manage inventory of materials.Report project progress and any challenges to supervisors effectively.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in waterproofing and painting.Strong knowledge of waterproofing techniques and products.Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications in waterproofing or painting are a plus.Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in the construction industry.Our team is structured to encourage collaboration, with open lines of communication between field teams and project managers.
