We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Wayne, New Jersey. As part of a dynamic company, you will thrive in a collaborative work environment that values your contributions and empowers you to make a real impact in our business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.Analyze business operations and prepare reports on performance metrics and outcomes.Coordinate workflow improvements by collaborating with different departments to achieve organizational goals.Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes in alignment with operational demands.Support financial processes through budgeting and forecasting to ensure alignment with business objectives.Conduct regular audits of operational processes and implement solutions for identified issues.Provide administrative support by maintaining records and preparing documentation as necessary.You will have the opportunity to participate in various projects aimed at enhancing operational workflows and driving efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be integral as you facilitate communication and align strategies across the business.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations or a related field.Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work within a diverse team.Preferred certification in operations management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP).In this role, you will be part of a supportive team structure that fosters communication and collaboration.
