We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and providing them with information about our services. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales efforts and contribute to overall company growth. This is a full-time position with a monthly compensation of INR 12,000.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiating outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services.Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions or information.Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Meeting daily and monthly targets set by the management.Participating in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.Providing feedback to management on customer responses and campaign effectiveness.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively.Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.As a Telecaller in our company, you will enjoy numerous growth opportunities, including potential career advancement in sales and management roles.
