This role is integral to our design team, allowing you to shape the future of our fashion lines and influence trends.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and create original clothing, accessories, or footwear based on current fashion trends and consumer preferences.Collaborate closely with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and other designers to ensure quality and feasibility of designs.Prepare sketches, color boards, and sample designs to present to the team and stakeholders.Manage the entire lifecycle of a fashion design from initial concept through production.Conduct thorough market research to stay updated with the latest fashion trends and competitors.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to synchronize design efforts with business objectives.Evaluate samples and make adjustments based on feedback from team members and customers.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Creative thinking and innovative design skills.Strong communication and time management skills.Preferably 2-3 years of experience in fashion design or a related industry.Our company values creativity and collaboration.
