This part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to directly impact our clients' well-being while working in a supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.Ensure clients' safety and comfort by following care plans and reporting any changes in their condition.Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.Assist clients with medication management and encourage adherence to prescribed health regimens.Conduct regular assessments to ensure that the needs of clients are being met appropriately.Participate in team meetings and training to continuously improve service delivery.Required and preferred qualificationsCare Certificate or equivalent qualification in health and social care.Demonstrated skills in compassion and empathy when dealing with clients.Valid driving license and access to a vehicle to travel to clients' locations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work independently while also being a team player.Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required.Our team consists of dedicated professionals who work collaboratively to provide exceptional care.
