We are seeking a talented and dedicated Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our customer relationship management capabilities, ultimately leading to improved business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client requirements and design tailored CRM solutions that align with their business objectives.Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules based on user needs.Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the CRM platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve CRM processes.Monitor CRM system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.Create documentation for CRM configurations and system updates to support internal knowledge sharing.Stay updated on CRM trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven experience in customer relationship management, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Strong understanding of CRM principles and methodologies.Familiarity with relevant software and tools related to CRM (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Azure).At least 3 years of experience in CRM consulting or a related position.Industry-standard certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or other relevant credentials are preferred.Our team environment thrives on collaboration, and you will report directly to the CRM Project Manager while working alongside development teams and business analysts.
