We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Locksmith Specialist to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This contract position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our commercial clients through the installation, maintenance, and repair of various locking mechanisms. As a vital member of our operations, your expertise will directly impact our clients’ security needs and business operations in a dynamic work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain a wide range of locking systems and electronic access controls for commercial establishments.Provide exceptional customer service by attending to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.Conduct site assessments to determine security needs and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.Perform routine maintenance and perform emergency lockout services to ensure client satisfaction.Document service calls and maintain accurate records of time and materials used on each job.Work collaboratively with other team members to streamline operations and improve service delivery.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in locksmithing technology to provide the best solutions to clients.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in locksmithing with a strong background in commercial work preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teammates.Mechanical aptitude and technical skills to handle various types of locking mechanisms and security systems.Certificate of completion from a locksmithing program or relevant certification is a plus.Experience with electronic security systems or access control is preferred.A valid drivers license.Tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed.Your own reliable vehicle.This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
