Your role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and contributes to the overall efficiency and reputation of our airport.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to travelers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Assist passengers with check-in processes, luggage handling, and boarding procedures.Coordinate with airline representatives, security personnel, and other airport staff to ensure smooth operations.Monitor flight information and communicate updates to passengers efficiently.Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues as necessary.Maintain cleanliness and organization in customer-facing areas.Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on airport policies and procedures.Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.Proven customer service skills, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with airport operations is a plus but not required.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Experience in a customer-facing role (1-2 years preferred).This role is pivotal to ensuring a positive travel experience.
