In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences and managing property-related tasks. As a key player in our team, your contributions will have a direct impact on our customers and help streamline our property management operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to provide outstanding service and address their inquiries and concerns.Assist in the management of property-related tasks including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.Coordinate between tenants and property owners to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and property management activities.Support the development of promotional materials and communicate property availability effectively.Participate in team meetings to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.Contribute to property inspections and assist with on-site management responsibilities as needed.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in property management is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; previous customer service experience preferred.Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or property management roles.Our company values a collaborative team environment where you can thrive.
