This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of all pool systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.Perform cleaning, chemical balancing, and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial swimming pools.Monitor water quality and treat pools with appropriate chemicals to maintain optimal conditions.Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical levels, and equipment status.Communicate effectively with clients regarding pool maintenance schedules and service updates.Work collaboratively with team members and assist in training new hires as needed.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in maintenance and equipment handling is preferred.Strong time management skills and attention to detail are a must.Knowledge of pool safety regulations and practices is an advantage.Any relevant industry certifications (e.g., Pool Operator Certification) are considered a plus.Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as required.At least 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred.In this role, you'll be part of a supportive team environment, reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor.
