Your contributions will have a direct impact on the overall well-being and satisfaction of those who rely on our healthcare services.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cleaning and sanitation of hospital areas including patient rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms.Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain high hygiene standards.Restock cleaning supplies and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the supervisor.Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned, ensuring adherence to infection control practices.Collaborate with nursing staff to prioritize cleaning tasks based on patient needs and hospital activities.Maintain effective communication with team members and participate in team meetings as required.Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the work environment.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in a cleaning role, preferably within a healthcare setting.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Good physical stamina and ability to lift or move heavy items as necessary.In this role, you will be part of a supportive team that values teamwork and collaboration.
