Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to track performance and identify trends. Conduct budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting stakeholder decisions with data. Evaluate financial performance of various business units, providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for financial analyses. Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with internal targets. Assist in improving financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Present findings and reports to management and other stakeholders effectively, utilizing strong communication skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel or accounting software. 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field preferred.
