As a Plumbing Services Technician, you will be an integral part of our services, ensuring the efficient operation of plumbing systems while delivering high-quality customer service. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our clients and the success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.Execute geyser installations and ensure they meet all safety regulations and standards.Conduct leak detection services and promptly address any plumbing issues found.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their plumbing needs are met.Collaborate with team members to schedule maintenance and emergency repair visits efficiently.Document all service calls and repairs accurately for record-keeping and quality assurance.Stay updated with the latest plumbing technologies and techniques to ensure optimal service delivery.Required and Preferred QualificationsCompletion of an apprenticeship in Plumbing.Proficient in plumbing systems, geyser installation, and leak detection.Relevant certifications in plumbing are preferred.Experience with plumbing tools and equipment.A valid driver’s license will be advantageous.Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing services preferred.Our team structure consists of skilled tradespeople working closely with customer service representatives to deliver outstanding results.
