As part of a leading financial services company, you will work in a professional environment where your contributions directly impact the company's success and the financial well-being of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.Collaborate with team members to create customized insurance solutions that meet client requirements.Organize and participate in promotional events to widen brand visibility and client outreach.Train and mentor new sales team members on best practices and product knowledge.Prepare and present sales reports to management, analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques.Knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role is preferred.In your role, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative sales team dedicated to achieving collective goals.
