We pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct paving operations efficiently and safely, adhering to all safety protocols.Collaborate with team members to assess project requirements and coordinate daily tasks.Operate construction equipment such as rollers, skid steers, and pavers effectively.Evaluate job sites and prepare surfaces for paving, ensuring quality control measures are followed.Maintain equipment and tools, performing routine inspections and basic repairs as needed.Communicate progress and challenges to supervisors, ensuring alignment with project timelines.Assist in training new team members on safety practices and equipment operation.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in paving techniques and construction practices.Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a group setting.Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Experience in operating relevant construction equipment.Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and methods.Our team is composed of skilled professionals who work closely together to achieve project goals.
