This is an early-stage GTM team with real momentum and a clear path for top performers.Job DescriptionYou'll lead outbound business development efforts into mid-market and enterprise accounts, helping a cutting-edge data and AI infrastructure company scale its market presence. This is a pivotal role in a fast-growing team — you'll be engaging technical and economic buyers at the highest levels, building solution-fit narratives, and generating a high-value pipeline.There's a clear fast-track path to Account Executive within 12 months for strong performers.This role is On-site - Toronto, CanadaKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent the brand professionally as a creative and curious salespersonResearch accounts and build compelling solution-fit narratives to engage potential buyersDevelop a deep understanding of the customer base and the value they derive from the platformBuild relationships with both technical users (CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors) and economic buyersOwn inbound qualification and targeted outbound activity into key target marketsPartner with the marketing team to develop and experiment on messaging and ideal customer profilesDesign account plans to hit and exceed pipeline generation targetsRequirementsPrevious experience in high-volume enterprise outbound sales, including cold callingExperience generating $100K+ deal opportunitiesGenuine curiosity and desire to stay current across data, AI, and ML landscapesAbility to untangle complex requirements and translate them into simple, actionable stepsMinimum 1 year in a BDR or full-cycle AE roleHighly organised with proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and GSuiteExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levelsAbility to thrive and make effective decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical domain (engineering, computer science, mathematics, etc.)Willingness to work onsite in Toronto, ON, Canada (preferred)Nice to HaveExperience selling Data/AI/ML infrastructure, IT solutions, system integration, or digital consultingFamiliarity with enterprise data stack tooling and open-source infrastructure
