Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to understand their banking and financial needs. Identify opportunities for selling CASA products and cultivate long-term customer loyalty. Assist clients in account openings, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while providing accurate information. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, demonstrating high levels of customer service and communication skills. Regularly meet or exceed sales targets set by management to drive branch profitability. Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance CASA product awareness. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall efficiency in client service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or banking, ideally 2-5 years. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage clients. Capable of working within a team environment and fostering teamwork. Familiarity with banking software and tools is a plus.
