We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Maintain high levels of professionalism and friendliness in all customer interactions. Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in the onboarding process for new customers and provide product training as needed. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach. Our Customer Service team operates in a collaborative structure, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. You will frequently interact with colleagues across various divisions to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with the sales and product teams to provide insights from customer feedback.
