We are seeking dedicated professionals who are ready to make an impact in our diverse team, which includes HR Managers, Head Cooks, Waiters, and Helpers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations of HR processes, ensuring a supportive environment for all staff.Lead the kitchen staff in preparing authentic Chinese and South Indian dishes, maintaining quality and consistency.Ensure timely service delivery and an exceptional dining experience for customers.Train and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.Implement health and safety standards in food preparation and workplace management.Manage inventory and supply orders to ensure seamless kitchen operations.Conduct regular staff meetings to promote communication and address any concerns.Required and preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.Experience in food service management, particularly with Chinese and South Indian cuisines.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food handling.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role is preferred.Our company values a supportive team structure, which promotes collaboration across various roles.
