In this full-time position, you will oversee the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring that our team adheres to industry standards and safety regulations while contributing to essential research and development initiatives. As a key player in our organization, you will have a significant impact on the quality and efficiency of our laboratory services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Oversee and mentor laboratory staff, providing guidance on analytical techniques and methods.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance laboratory workflows.Coordinate equipment maintenance and procurement, ensuring all instruments are calibrated and operational.Analyze and interpret experimental data, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.Monitor laboratory budgets and resources, optimizing costs without compromising quality.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field is required.Proven expertise in Analytical Chemistry.Experience managing laboratory operations or leading a team in a scientific environment.Familiarity with laboratory software and data analysis tools.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams.Industry-standard certifications in laboratory management are preferred.A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is desirable.Our laboratory team operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment, fostering innovation and creativity.
