We are seeking a friendly and approachable Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team in Texas City, Texas. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to emails and communications in a timely manner. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for team members. Perform data entry and maintain organized digital files and records. Assist with research and preparation of documents or presentations as needed. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to ensure client satisfaction. Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and deliverables. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and team efficiency. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in basic computer applications and virtual collaboration tools. Experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.
