Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ skills, interests, and career aspirations. Design and implement personalized career development plans tailored to individual needs. Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to guide clients through career exploration and job search strategies. Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and job searching skills. Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses for internship and job placement opportunities. Track and report on client progress and outcomes to measure program effectiveness. Stay updated on labor market trends to inform clients about potential career opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in career counseling or coaching preferred. Knowledge of job market trends and employment best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and career development software/tools. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
