We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in expanding our market presence and driving growth within the industry. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales goals that directly impact our bottom line.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development targets.Identify and establish relationships with potential clients through networking and market research.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.Prepare and present sales reports detailing performance against targets.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the industry.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Our team works collaboratively in a supportive environment, where open communication and collective success are valued.
