We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our Real Estate Brokerage team in Gurgaon, Haryana. As a Telecaller, you will engage with clients, provide vital information about properties, and contribute to the growth of our business in a collaborative work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments for property viewings.Provide detailed information about properties, answering client inquiries effectively.Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, interactions, and client details in our database.Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals.Support marketing efforts by promoting listings through effective communication strategies.Stay informed about current market trends and real estate developments to provide clients with relevant insights.Gather client feedback and suggestions to enhance service delivery and company offerings.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in any relevant field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.Familiarity with real estate concepts is a plus.Proficient in using standard office software and CRM tools.Ability to handle objections and engage clients effectively.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telecalling role is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.Our team is structured to foster collaboration, with direct reporting to the Sales Manager.
