This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of ZAR 4,000 and a vibrant work environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote our products and services.Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Lead product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing our offerings effectively to potential clients.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.Document all interactions with clients in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and facilitate follow-up actions.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that resonate with our target audience.Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma required; further education in business or sales would be advantageous.Strong communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion and negotiation.Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.A passion for sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude.If you are passionate about driving sales and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!
