We are seeking a skilled SAP Developer Contractor to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a contractual position with a competitive hourly compensation of $90. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer science or a related field, bringing expertise in various SAP technologies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our material flow systems and optimizing SAP integration processes, significantly impacting our operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement solutions using SAP EWM and Material Flow Systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems.Write and optimize ABAP code for performance improvements and functionality enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP integration and material flow processes.Participate in project meetings to report on progress and discuss requirements.Conduct testing of developed applications to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.Document development processes and maintain thorough records of the system architecture.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven experience with SAP EWM, Material Flow System, and SAP Integration.Strong programming skills in ABAP.Knowledge of applications and tools relevant to SAP development.3-5 years of experience in SAP development roles is preferred.Certifications in SAP modules are a plus.The technical environment includes working with various tools and methodologies within the SAP ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with other developers, project managers, and business analysts across departments to ensure project success.Reports directly to the lead SAP architect, providing updates on project status and challenges.
