We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Consultant to join our team on a contractual basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will work within a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM). Your contributions will have a significant impact on our ongoing projects, helping to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and quality management.Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules to improve process efficiency.Provide functional support during system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment phases.Develop documentation, including functional specifications and training materials for end-users.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Engage in project meetings to report on progress and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize user experience.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on PP and QM modules.Experience with SAP configuration and implementation processes.Industry-standard certifications related to SAP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA certification) are preferred.Proficiency in relevant software/tools used in SAP environments.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team structure, working closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
