We are seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter to join our team in betiya (West Champaran), Bihar, India. As a full-time member of our restaurant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Your presence and service will directly impact our restaurant's reputation and success.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.Present menus, provide detailed information on specials, and make recommendations.Take orders accurately and ensure that all food and beverages are served promptly.Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision.Ensure the cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and serving equipment.Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and guest needs, providing timely service.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient order tracking and delivery.You will also be involved in various projects that enhance the dining experience, such as quality improvement initiatives and menu redesigns.
