We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative work environment that focuses on excellence and compassion, making a significant impact in the lives of those we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team promptly.Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by physicians.Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with facility protocols.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) from an accredited institution.Valid nursing license to practice in India.Proficiency in patient care with strong clinical skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize and maintain professionalism.1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates will be considered.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) software is a plus.At our healthcare facility, we foster a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
