Your role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between machine learning and operations, helping to deliver impactful AI solutions that drive business success.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain MLOps infrastructure to streamline the deployment of machine learning models.Collaborate with data scientists to implement and optimize model workflows.Monitor model performance and proactively apply adjustments as necessary.Develop automation pipelines for data handling, preprocessing, and model training.Document processes and maintain best practices for model versioning and deployment.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for integrating machine learning into business processes.Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve model efficacy.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proficiency in machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL.Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes.1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Junior to Mid Level).Industry-standard certifications in Cloud or Machine Learning (if applicable) are highly preferred.Our team at LockedIn AI thrives on collaboration and innovation, with a flat organizational structure that encourages open communication and shared decision-making.
