Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and success of our workforce, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to our steel plant operations needs.Conduct thorough sourcing and screening of potential candidates to ensure a high standard of recruitment.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating a smooth recruitment process.Engage in salary negotiations and communicate offers to selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company compensation structures.Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and candidate databases for monitoring and reporting purposes.Collaborate closely with operations management to understand workforce needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in industrial sectors, preferably within steel operations.Strong skills in sourcing, coordination, negotiation, and onboarding processes.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with various stakeholders.Industry-standard certifications in recruitment or HR management are preferred.The successful candidate will join a collaborative team structure where you will report directly to the HR Manager. You will work closely with plant operations managers and department heads to ensure alignment in recruitment strategies.
