In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in the insurance industry by building client relationships and providing exceptional customer service. As an Insurance Agent, you will contribute to the growth and success of our team, while also impacting the lives of clients by helping them secure the right insurance coverage.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.Conduct presentations and meetings to educate potential clients about various insurance products.Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information.Manage client accounts from onboarding through policy servicing and renewal.Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and meet team targets.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities and results to management.As a valued member of our team, you will not only manage client interactions, but also participate in special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Regular interactions with other departments such as claims and underwriting will be essential for ensuring seamless service delivery. Success will be measured by achieving sales targets, client retention rates, and overall client satisfaction metrics.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma; additional education or training in sales or finance is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others.Familiarity with insurance products and services.Basic proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Our ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong work ethic.
